I focus on helping complex organizations operate more clearly and effectively. My work happens behind the scenes in housing and commercial real estate — the operational systems that shape how people actually experience where they live and work.
Outside of work I spend a lot of time running, reading, and keeping up with family life.
When systems are large and responsibilities overlap, things work best when decision-making, accountability, and communication are clear.
Much of my work happens in housing and large-scale real estate, where the systems behind the scenes shape how people experience daily life.
I'm interested in practical ways people improve how they think and learn inside organizations. AI is everywhere now — sometimes real, sometimes just a label. Access isn't the point. What matters is how thoughtfully people choose to engage with it.
Born in StuyTown, school in New Orleans, the rest came together from there. Family, travel, running, sports, books, and a few opinions. Ask me anything.
